Now that everyone is looking on the internet for houses it is very important to have high quality photos for your listing. For all my listings I get photos taken by professional photographers. This company takes atleast 30 amazing looking pictures plus they also do a virtual tour. This does not cost my clients any extra. It is included in the 1% commission package.

Another thing that is very important in showing off a listing is great Feature Sheets. Usually when buyers go out to look at houses with their agent they see 6-10 houses at a time. By the end of the day every house starts to look the same and they can never recall which house had what. To solve that problem I get full colour Feature Sheets designed.
