Saving money is great but usually not worth sacrificing service over. I would not mind saving some money on a product, but if I had to put up with bad customer service, I would really have to think twice.
The support staff at the RE/MAX is second to none. Professional secretaries handles all appointments and take great pride in being courteous. RE/MAX has also put in place a 24 hour answering service to make sure no important calls are missed.
Just because you are paying 1% commission to me you will not have to sacrifice on the service. Here is a list of products and services that are included for every listing:
1. Upload listing on the MLS
2. Virtual Tour
3. Professional photos (atleast 30 photos)
4. Full colour professionally designed Feature Sheets
5. Open houses
6. Advertised on the 1st page of Google, MSN, & Yahoo
7. Listing uploaded on the following sites:
8. Commissioncutter.ca
9. Remax.ca
10. MLS.ca
11. Remaxrealtyone.com
12. Other various classified sites
13. Remax secretaries handle all appointments
14. A For Sale sign
15. A lockbox for showings
16. I negotiate the offer personally
17. Listing is promoted aggressively to local agents
18. I help you understand the process of selling
19. You are kept up to date at all times.
20. I follow up with agents who show the house for feedback
21. Emails are sent to my database of buyers
22. All listings are Easy Exit. Which means that if for any reason you are not satisfied with my services you can cancel the listing at any time. No fees will be charged.
All of this for just the price of 1%. If a buyer agent is involved then the total commission is 3.50% (2.5% of that going to the buyer agent).
