COMMISSION TALK
1% for me and if another agent bring in a buyer (buyer agent) his commission will be 2.5%. Maximum total commission you will ever pay with me is 3.5%. No tricks. No conditions.

  • Before moving on ask yourself this:
    Will a buyer pay extra for your house just because you have to pay extra commission?
    Buyers don’t care how much commission the homeowners are paying. If the market says
    the house is worth $300,000 then the buyer will pay $300,000. Wouldn’t you do the same?

    WHAT’S THE CATCH?
     There is no catch. There are no hidden fees. It is full MLS service. All my listing agreements are in plain english and straightforward. Ofcourse I put my money where my mouth is: If for any reason you are not satisfied with my services my brokerage will cancel the listing. No questions asked and no penalties/fees will be charged.

    2. It puts pressure on me to keep working hard because I know at any time you can cancel.
