Full MLS
Your property will be listed on the MLS and the public MLS site (Realtor.ca). The MLS system is the most powerful marketing tool there is for selling houses. Your listing will be seen by over 24,000 agents in the GTA (regardless of their company).
Virtual Tour
Nowadays you are starting to see slideshows on MLS listings. This is not a true virtual tour. I provide panoramic virtual tours with every house I list. Professional photographers come in and take more then 30 stunning pictures of your house PLUS take 4 panoramic virtual tours. FACT: Virtual tour listings get clicked on 4 times more often then regular listings. Full Colour Feature Sheets
When buyers go out to see houses they usually see 6 to 8 at a time. By the end of the day it becomes difficult to remember which rooms belonged to which house. To refresh their memory I leave at your house full colour Feature Sheets for the buyers to pick up. These look better then just a black and white copy of the MLS listing don’t they? See sample.
